Once engaged, an Earth Wind & Hire consultant will take the time to establish what you need from a recruitment supplier and complete a thorough job description form which details the most important things you look for in a candidate.

Once this information has been captured we can get straight to work on fulfilling your brief. We tap into our extensive network of candidates that have been generated via executive search, referral and recommendation. Our candidates are generally ’semi-passive’ job seekers and are rarely discovered through the use of job boards and advertisements.

Earth Wind & Hire uses sophisticated company mapping tools to depict company structures and personnel. We find that working this way allows us to more accurately pinpoint specific candidates within competitor organisations.
